Alicante is one of the most charming cities of Spain, which is located at 182 km from Valencia. Historically, the city was founded in 324 BC by the Greeks, who named it Akra Leuke (White Peak). In this old quarter of the city you will also find historic remains (like medieval walls) that coexist perfectly with some modern infrastructures.
